Hi, my name is Danielle, and I am one of the Audiology Graduates. I am originally from Ontario, Canada and this is my first time ever living abroad. Back in Canada I completed my Bachelor of Science at the University of Waterloo. I then decided to pursue Audiology at Western University where I completed my Master of Clinical Science.

During my time at Western University, I completed various clinical rotations. However, the opportunities Audiologists have in manufacturing was not discussed widely. It was when I received an email regarding the Graduate Programme position at Demant that I decided to investigate this area more. Here I discovered that the Graduate Programme has so many amazing opportunities. But it was specifically the idea that Graduates get to rotate through different areas of the company that sparked my interest and pushed me to apply.

You’ll find me in my free time playing sports such as volleyball, football, and tennis. But my favourite way to relax is by reading a good book or getting together with friends to play boardgames.

Relocating to a new country by myself could get stressful at times. But in the Graduate Programme I am surrounded by a group of colleagues/friends who have helped me find my footing here in Denmark.
