Hello, my name is Zsófia, and I am a Global Operations graduate at Demant. I am originally from Hungary but I moved to Denmark five years ago to study my Bachelor’s degree in Aalborg. Afterwards, I moved to Copenhagen and in June 2021, I graduated from CBS with a Master’s degree in Supply Chain management. During my studies, I explored various topics, including sustainability and business intelligence.
I have an interest in building a holistic understanding over the business, so I am grateful to become a part of the Graduate Programme. The opportunity to work with four different areas and teams throughout my rotations will allow me to learn about the business from different perspectives. I am also glad that I can be part of the graduate network, discussing with the others made the adjustment into the new environment much smoother. As my first rotation, I was part of the Custom Business Development team in Operations where I was involved in helping the custom communities in different countries, exploring how AI can be used in our operations and implementing the mould strategy.
In my free time, I enjoy bouldering, dancing, and basketball. Besides sports, I like to try out different vegetarian dishes which I later enjoy with my friends. I spend a lot of time with my family as well, mostly virtually.
