Start in Demant: September 2024

Hi! My name is Nilas, and along with Alex, I am the 2024 Global Business Graduate at Demant. I hold a BSc in European Business and an MSc in International Business, both from Copenhagen Business School. Throughout my studies, I was introduced to a variety of fascinating topics in areas such as strategy, business analytics, and marketing.

As I was completing my studies, I thought about how and where I wanted to begin my career. I knew I wanted to make a difference for people through my work while applying what I’d learned during my studies. This made the graduate program at Demant a perfect fit for me. Here, I work for a global company dedicated to helping more people hear better. The program offers rotations that allow me to apply the knowledge I’ve gained in a real-world setting.

So far, the graduate program has exceeded my expectations. I’ve learned so much about the business and been given a lot of responsibility. I believe that the program offers the perfect balance between learning and responsibility.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me running, playing sports, or spending time with friends and family while enjoying a coffee or a beer.
