Oticon launches Oticon Own SI™ and Oticon Jet PX™, featuring advanced AI technology
Oticon has recently announced the release of two new products, Oticon Own SI and Oticon Jet PX. Based on its unique BrainHearing™ technology, which provides the brain with access to all relevant sounds even in complex environments, both products further drive Oticon capabilities through artificial intelligence, without compromising on size, connectivity, performance or battery life.
Thomas Behrens, Vice President of Audiology & Research, Oticon, explains: “As we introduce Oticon Own SI and Oticon Jet PX, we are proud to showcase our progress towards AI-driven innovation. These products enhance connectivity and provide advanced solutions for better listening in any environment. By leveraging Deep Neural Networks and BrainHearing technology, we push the boundaries of hearing aid technology, ensuring a richer, more connected experience. Oticon continuously develops pioneering technology that impacts people’s lives, making our hearing aids more intuitive and capable of automatically adjusting to different environments for optimal sound clarity."
Oticon Own SI: AI-Driven DNN 2.0 technology in Oticon's smallest custom device
The introduction of Oticon Own SI™ IIC (Invisible-In-Canal) and CIC (Completely-In-Canal) models brings Oticon's smallest custom device, featuring Oticon’s most advanced technology optimized for single-microphone hearing aids. These innovations are designed for users seeking a discreet custom solution and allow for a fuller and richer sound scene in both simple and complex environments. This is possible thanks to the new generation of AI-based Deep Neural Networks (DNN) 2.0, which operate continuously regardless of the environment, extended bandwidth in the low frequencies, and reduced listening effort in the presence of sudden sounds, thanks to SuddenSound Stabilizer. Powered by the new Sirius™ platform, Oticon’s latest processing chip, Oticon Own SI takes BrainHearing benefits to new heights in the smallest custom styles, ensuring no compromise between discreet size and premium sound. Significant enhancements to overall connectivity and the app experience have been made to address the increasing need among users for staying connected and managing features via a smartphone app. This device features a small disposable battery and supports a wide range of hearing losses from mild to severe.

Oticon Jet PX: enhanced connectivity and advanced technology in a range of models
To meet the diverse needs of hearing aid users, Oticon is introducing Oticon Jet PX. Based on BrainHearing technology, it features OpenSound Navigator™, which provides 360° access to speech and clear sound across all daily listening environments, and Oticon’s first-generation Deep Neural Network (DNN). It offers a comprehensive range of models, from the discreetness of IIC (Invisible-In-Canal) and CIC (Completely-In-Canal), to ITC (In-The-Canal), ITE (In-The-Ear) Half Shell and Full Shell, as well as miniRITE and miniBTE models. Available with both disposable and rechargeable batteries, it ensures seamless connectivity and access to 360° sound. It supports a wide range of connectivity options, enabling users to stay connected and personalise hearing aid settings through various Apple and Android devices.
