Staff-elected Board member. Joined the Board of Directors in 2015. Thomas Duer was re-elected in 2019 and again in 2023 as an alternate. The same year, he rejoined the Board of Directors and will serve until the next employee election in 2027.

Thomas Duer holds a Master of Science (MSc)in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). He is Director, Audiological Solutions, in Demant's R&D department and has been with Demant since 2002.
